| Run History | Completed run data, coaching logs, zone metrics, rolling fitness profile | Build your personalised coaching baseline over time |
| Onboarding Inputs | Running experience, goals, weekly plan preferences, body state | Calibrate coaching to your level from run #1 |

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling for third-party sale, or any purpose outside coaching you as a runner.
To deliver the coaching experience, we work with carefully selected processors. All are bound by data processing agreements:
| Processor | Purpose | Data shared |
|---|---|---|
| Anthropic (USA) | AI coaching intelligence — generates Dayla's spoken guidance | Anonymised biometric context (HR, pace, zone) + coaching state. No personally identifiable information. |
| OpenAI (USA) | Text-to-speech — converts coaching text to Dayla's voice | Coaching text only. No biometric data. |
| Railway (USA) | Backend infrastructure — processes coaching requests and stores run history | Run data, account data. Hosted on Railway's secure cloud infrastructure. |
| Loops.so (USA) | Transactional email — post-run summaries, account emails | Name, email address, run summary content. |
| Apple | HealthKit data source, App Store distribution, in-app purchases | Governed by Apple's own privacy policy and HealthKit rules. |
We are based in the UK and your data may be transferred to the USA via these processors. Where required, we ensure appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.
